Avoid all of these risks and use Libreoffice - Fully legal, fully featured and able available on more platforms.

just pay for it it's about £30, how would you feel if your chickens wandered on the roadside and someone took them home because it's perfectly legal. some things are legal others are morally correct buy it.

Or get Open Office - does the same job and is free

Where can you get it for £30?  I was looking at the Office 365 and was aghast when I realised it only lasted a year and you had to pay again


Mind you the other freebies look good, I shall do some googling

I use OpenOffice and its good and no virus probs to date  :thumbsup:

Libreoffice is properly free. OpenOffice is owned by Oracle so could get discontinued at any time

Not since 2011, when it was gifted to the Apache Foundation. It's also properly free now.
