Sorry for not posting an update... been busy moving! Stressful morning waiting for solicitors to sort their act out and especially when I had to pay more money because they'd made a mistake on the bill, for which I'm yet to be compensated but we have the keys!

So much to do and think about. Really tempted to stay there tonight as have taken all my camping stuff up so would have been perfectly comfortable but came "home" to give us an opportunity for getting some stuff done tomorrow before a wedding we're going to.

My workshop needs some shelving but at least I'll have a bit of space

Once you've taken my wife's and the bank's share, I own about 10%  :o
We then have to share it with my in-laws, who currently occupy 34% of the floor space :D

That's why the workshop is a priority!

Camping gear, workshop with space, sounds ideal :)

Congratulations on surviving the stress part, and enjoy the moving in and settling down.  Hope you have nice neighbours and manage updates occasionally tho I understand you may have a few things to get on with for a while ;)

Wow! What an amazing place! Everyone seems so happy at the moment we're in danger of looking like a cult...

Previous owner left us a note not to use one of the stables due to nesting swallows and sure enough, there they are. I'm on mobile Internet at the moment so posting pictures really slow...

Woke up on the first morning (yesterday) to see a swarm of swallows darting about outside the window. Took the dogs up into the paddock at about 5:30 and saw the  sunlight creeping over the hill. It's so quiet here. We're right by a road but even at rush hour there's little traffic
