Five weeks old, off heat, growing away very well, very docile and well handled.  All parents can be seen.

Yes, it's much easier than with chickens.  When they're just a few weeks old the stags start sticking their wings out to the side the way they do when displaying and the hens make the gentle trilling sound they do when they're full grown.  The pair are £20.  We also have hatching eggs for sale at £2 each - we only sell eggs collected within the previous four days.  We've had excellent fertility this year, with only one infertile from the most recent hatch of 24.

I'm near Bromyard.  I'd hesitate to set turkey eggs under a hen as these are from fully mature birds and are around twice the size of a large hen egg.  We have two broody turkey hens sitting at present and even they're on only nine each.  If you'd like very young poults we have another hatch due in a couple of weeks but I wouldn't be able to sex them that early on.

We sold a large batch at the last Ross-on-Wye rare poultry breeds sale and they fetched £2 each.  Obviously that would've had the auctioneers cut taken off so we've put a price of £1.50 each on them if collected from the farm. We ask people to let us know when they're intending to pick them up so we can ensure they're as fresh as possible and store and turn them correctly from a couple of hours after they're laid.

We're at Linley Green 3 miles SE of Bromyard.  Price is for eggs.  Got a hatchof poults due soon and price will depend on age.

Sorry for delay in replying - trying desperately to get our flock shorn so they don't die from heat exhaustion.  Finished at 10.00 p.m. last night!

Got a hatch of 24 due Sunday 14 July.  Some poults already booked but hoping for a good hatch as fertility seems to be holding up very well.  Only one of the 15 eggs a neighbour had at the end of June had candled infertile.  Prefer to sell at around a week which gives time to be reasonably sure a poult is 100% healthy.

Ok no worries but how much would you want for poults at those ages?
