Anyone competing or visiting? Come and say hello to me and some of my (moulting!) Tamworths in the pig building. It would be lovely to put more faces to names.

If I'm not near my pens, I won't be far away, so do ring the mobile number on the pen and I'll wander back!

Have a great show, everyone.

Hi Liz

Still hoping to get there .... got to get dog sitter.

Don't wrestle with pigs, they will love it and you will just get all muddy.

Let go of who you are and become who you are meant to be.

Good luck to everyone competing and I hope everyone visiting has an enjoyable show. It is one show we would love to go to one day.
Will it be shown on tv again this year? Enjoyed watching the bits I saw.

Great meeting everyone! Cracking show, despite the heat. Fortunately, the organisers put some additional fans in the livestock buildings, which helped. Took three pigs and got two firsts, a second, and breed champ.
Raisinhall Tamworths: S4C broadcast live from the show every day on digital, and a lot of the footage is on their website, http://s4c.co.uk/sioe/cgi-bin/2013.pl?rm=cat_sub;cat=1;sub=4;l=e
