just made it for the first time - so delicious!

Heat up 1 cup sugar with 1 cup water, plus juice of 2 lemons and 2 limes. Boil for 5 mins until dissolved and a bit syrupy.
Add grated zest of 1 lime and 6 cups of cold water.
Cool.
Taste and add more cold water if required.
Served chilled - or freeze until 30% frozen and stir really well until it resembles slush puppy - mmm
