I've got 2 breeding pairs of Embden Geese for sale.

The females are in there first year of lay and have both successfully hatched out some goslings, The males are unrelated to the females. Lovely big strong birds and the males are very good 'guards' for both property and other animals such as chickens and ducks as they will chase off foxes. They have lived along side of chickens and ducks without aggression. Photos on request.

Looking at offers around £25 per pair ono but will reduce the price if someone wanted both pairs.

Located in Surrey just off the M25 Jnt 8

Hi,an embden goose will not chase off a fox.

I've witnessed my gander doing so, plesse do not comment if your only to pick fault in what I say. There is no need.

I'm sorry I think it is wrong to mislead people into thinking Geese will be safe from foxes as they are not.It is the welfare of the animal I'm concerned with.

Ohh please! Its not as if i'm saying you can leave them out of a night and they are safe. I'm in no way misleading anyone! I've seen my ganders chase off a fox, dog, cat etc...

By all means come and tell my ganders not to do that. I find you very offencive and rude to come on my post when all you needed to do is private message me with your problems rather than trying to publically show me up!

Sorry but I have to add, in 3 years we never had a fox on our property, as soon as I sold my Geese-One Embden Gander, one other Gander and two geese, I then had the local fox visit. That particular Gander would have a go at anything, I made a dreadful error selling them.
