Wish I lived a bit nearer. Mine would have been glad to help you out.

How big is the field and what needs cleared? Is it securely fenced and is there shelter in the field- ie a shed? I don't think I have anything suitable, but I would be reluctant to let my goats go anywhere on loan I am afraid.

I am always being asked for goats to clear fields, gardens etc.  Although these are kind offers, I always refuse.  I worry about the goats getting out, getting stolen, eating something poisonous in the field etc. etc......  Also how do you stand movement wise?  Not everyone who has a field or garden has a CPH number.  Do you have to fill a form in when they go, and then on return?
