I had a call from a family friend who buys eggs off me. They take a large quantity so I always make sure they are the freshest eggs. They normally use the eggs within 2 weeks of me passing them over so they are 3 weeks MAX
They rang me up the other day to say when they crack the eggs the yolk is staying in the shell???
I've never heard of this nor have I experienced this.
Any ideas? Are they lacking something?
