The freezers are full with 2 pigs a few ducks and several rabbits. The bad news is that we have 13 young rabbits running around and 2 ducks sat on 30 eggs and 3 baby GOS that arrived yesterday. I just hope that my neighbour does not give us the rose veal he promised over a glass of whiskey ast night.

Pork in the main chest freezer in the garage and lamb in the small chest freezer in the utility room as well as elderflower cordial, home made ready meals (still some turkey things from Christmas and a huge load of pork chilli that OH did last week), pesto from last year's basil .... then I've got all the stock and frozen veg in the  kitchen fridge freezer.... Mmmmm I'll be needing another freezer soon......

Home made quiches with 4-5 eggs in each  ::)   Shortly to be joined by some baking if I can manage anything worth keeping that also makes it to the freezer  :D

Also got a couple loaves of spare bread and some safety net milk in case I don't get to the shops for a while and run out.

Just starting on filling it with rhubarb, first crop of the season, but there's plenty space just now as winter is a using up phase  :)

The pork I want is at the bottom and is likely to stay there a while.
The goats milk I don't want to use at the moment is at the top.
God knows what's in the middle.
