Any one know the best way to get rid of lilly beetle?

Just keep picking them off the plant and squishing them. Might sound a bit violent but after you see the damage that they can do, it is almost pleasurable! :innocent:

Squishing is definitelt the best way.  Sadly they seem to have a defence mechanism to being "picked" off - they fall off - very clever - and play dead.

Yes, that's true. You have to hold one hand underneath them before you attack with the other. That way you get them one way or the other. :thumbsup:

Thank I will try beetle picking. I did try setting the chickens on them but their bright red shells were clearly a warning to preditors.
