;D Sorry - I'm sure this is a typo - but it sounds very, er, pleasant!  ;D

And yes, nothing new about that - honey and propolis were used widely during the war, for example, when "normal" medication wasn't available... I've often put honey on a wound to encourage healing. The problem is that when you put a bandage on, you can end up dripping honey from the edges... ::) (I probably used too much!)

Yep a bit too much mate , a dab is what is meant to be used in most cases i think ?
I would try it on my face but the infection is in my jaw and i have a beard !
Honey and beards don't mix , yuk .  And I don't fancy hacking the beard away near a festering hole .
The face does continue to improve though , well the festering bit does , not the rest of it , that is beyond redemption .

Well, I'll try anything legal and not dangerous to ease my arthritic joints, so can report that 1 tsp honey and 1 tsp ground cinnamon makes a surprisingly tasty drink which I am very happy to drink once or twice a day henceforth.  Will report on any health benefits, if experienced  :fc:.

ETA : Just finished first cup - quite a bit of cinnamon left in the bottom, despite stirring throughout.

My parents swear by a teaspoon of honey and a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in warm water everyday to ward off their arthritis.

Will tell them to add cinnamon too  ;)

Lol , oh yes the bb missed out on one hell of a catch .
Face rot Russ i will be known as now ! There is nothing wrong with the rest of my teeth though .  It may be black and the only one left in my mouth , but it is mine !
Where they stitched my face back on a bit wonky , after the smash , doesn't really show too much . Well not looking at it with the one eye i have left , just above my right ear , i did say they put it on a bit wonky !
If Piccaso painted a picture of me , it would look normal ! Mind you , he is a bit dead !

It used to be , but now , due to wonky stitching , it is at the back of my head .
I have to put food in a hole where my ear used to be .
For years i had an ear that would grow in the middle of my forehead . I kept saying that each one was the final one . I ended up getting called Treky , because of the 'final front-ear' , oooh , that was dire !

Try blue spray. Actually, that would probably work just as well as "internal" antibios...
I've used it on my hands today - have been foot paring all day, and just for once the blood dripping on the ground was mine rather than the sheep's! Didn't  have any honey handy at the time...
