These will be nice heifers, bred by Barry Allen, Secretary of SCBA.

Any photos? Are they halter trained?

Don't wrestle with pigs, they will love it and you will just get all muddy.

I love Shetland Cattle - and if we were into cattle, we would definately have this breed.  Its probably a good job you aren't on our doorstep  :-J ...... I'm sure they'll sell well.  Excellent Smallholder Cattle.

Any chance they could be sold in calf? Pictures would be good!

Hi there,

Have you now sold your heifers? .. or does anybody else following his thread know of any more for sale? Ideally a cow and calf or in calf heifer? We are in North Wales.

Thanks all,

Matt

Matt, Horseandfarm hasn't posted since April 30th. Might be better to PM or email them.

You could also try the SCBA website www.shetlandcattle.org.uk - there's a list of cattle for sale. In fact, these heifers are on it.

If you do buy Shetlands, there is a Welsh rep called Gaynor Morris, whi is lovely and will help you with your cattle if she can.
