Yep, peonie. Too late to move now. Probably best to try while dormant. Might benefit from a bit of space around it too - your flowerbeds look like mine! (if that is a flowerbed).

Ha - not a flowerbed - totally weed covered area that needs some serious work - hence my surprise when this came up

 :thumbsup: Peonies, we have 2 separate plants at that stage now and one is in a very awkward spot so gets knocked over but such a pretty flower so we leave it!!!! Ours are pale pretty pink!! be interesting to see the colour yours turns out!!

If and when you do move it, dont be surprised if it doesnt flower next year... they tend to sulk when moved and dont like their roots to deep!  :rant:
