Hi everyone,

I was wondering if you know of any good cheese & yoghurt making courses specifically for goat's milk? There seem to be a few around that cover cow's milk but I'm worried that when I get into developing cheese from goats I'll come up against problems specific to that!

Many thanks in advance for any advice you can give!

Just get a good cheesemaking book and start playing around. It's great fun, and loads of recipes on the web for goats cheese...

Or find a local goatkeeper that makes cheese and seee if you can tag along one time to help and learn...
