Hehe funny thread.

In my farm coat, i currently have, baler twine, fencing staples, part of a split pin out of the quad trailer (I have lost the pin in the field somewhere  ), a pen, bits of sweet wrappers that I sometimes find on the floor from my messy children, a hose connector and work gloves.

Pockets full of rubbish

In my coat pockets you will find a folding silky pruning saw, a left handed curved spoon knife, gloves (2 pares),
Hat,ash tray, bits of fencing wire, staples and stones (they really are there deliberately    ).
In my trousers pockets you will find a knife, hair band, tobacco, rizla, zippo,more bits of fencing wire,staples and stones ( I like stones)

Holes ! and trails of tissues over the garden or stuck in the tops of my boots if they do not drop out of my trouser legs. Must tell the OH to repair them

ha - iv just paid for a feed delivery and out with the money came a pair of scissors, wee stones, threads of landscaping membrane and the little pieces of glass and i always find but no idea where they come from. and then theres the little pieces of mattress filling that the dogs shredded....

Forgot, I had an egg in a coat pocket once for a few days. Didn't break    Amazing with our loopy leaping dogs.

Nearly 12 hours later and I still haven't checked...


...just looked and I was right, there was one in a bag! Disposed of now...

depending on what jobs we've been doing & when I last washed the sh*t off my coat!!!

I,ve got pockets like a clowns pooch, every think in them,

Dog poop bags, castration rings, pen and pad  and bits of hay.

And the odd chocolate wrapper.

And sometimes a golf ball (we live not THAT close to a golf course but I find them in the field).

Baler twine, pen knife, ear tags, bits of hay, drawing pins (from pinning signs up at shows), camera memory cards (I'm a photographer), sweet wrappers, random bits of paper normally shopping lists.

No handbag hence very big pockets. I have a poachers pocket in my jacket that really would hold a pheasant

in my head they are old granny style hand bags hooked on the crook of the elbow...


i clearly need some sleep but at the moment its quite a funny image...

I much prefer big pockets to handbags...but going out to work we women needs them, around the house I love an apron with a big pocket, I carry the phone, keys, glasses, things I find that need re homing then...I collect the eggs.......no accidents for a while due to messing up 2 phones previously with broken eggs..




Oh of corse we all have decomposing tissues....I bought some cotton hankies, hey are so handy.....But...I have now lost them....
