I am planning to get 12 chickens next month and am in the process of looking at housing. I was wondering whether it would be better to house them all in one house or whether to buy two just in case of arguments?

the great composto

No need to buy two because of arguments because they will sort themselves out over a few days.

There is a need to have a standby if you manage to get something like redmites which may mean the chickens need a separate home while you eradicate them or if you need to isolated some due to infectious diseases etc.

Thanks for that. Oh, and a good idea to get a standby.
