two Berkshire sows
« on: March 23, 2013, 12:58:41 pm »
born 2/01/2012
Royal Lustre/Ambassador
These two won countless rosettes last year and have both just had their first litters. They have been good mums, (10 and 6) and have produced some nice offspring.
Both well handled, friendly and steady pigs. Only selling as i'm keeping their brother for breeding so need to change my lines.

Can be put in pig if desired.

Have replied on the river cottage website. Is there a best time to call you?

Yes I had my last ones from Chris, he's all out of them at the moment. Shame as he is really close by for me.

I'll give you a shout next week if that's OK. Would rather something closer obviously, but Thank you for the offer.
I'm flat out this week, but I'll give you a shout next if that's good with you.

Hi
i'm about 10 miles from Abergavenny going in the A465 hereford direction.
i have no meat weaners but am keeping 3 good ones back for showing which will be available for breeding stock at the end of the summer.
have now put one of the sows to Chris Impey's boar and the other will go to him as soon as she's weaned - 3 weeks time.

These two are stilll for sale and i am willing to negotiate on price as i now have their brother home and new sows so they will have to move on fairly swiftly
