Wasn't it taken away when the petrol strikes were on, they tried to blockade somewhere in Scotland and laws were changed to make the protest illegal, can't remember when that was but several years ago.

You have to remember that the poor man (Cameron) is very sentitive and mustn't have his ickle feelings hurt.
