Greenhouses...grrrrrr

So my mum bought me a greenhouse for my birthday in April.  We have had the frame up for a while but only got round to unpacking the glass on Sunday, only to find 9 broken panes.   >:(  Of course to late to get anything for them, my fault but i didn't want to unpack it to check as we knew it was going to be a while before we could put it up and didn't want to risk damage in the meantime.

Anyways, yest we picked up some replacement panes and got stuck in.  OMG, how much of a faff are those stupid wire clip thingys???  It's taken ages just to get quarter of them up and still broke another two panes.  Are we being completely incompetent or are they really that hard?   ???

So moral of the story is....next time I ask for a greenhouse hubby is gonna buy me a polytunnel!  ;D

eeek, don't envy you that!  was hard enough with instructions.  And we needed about 6 hands each.  we spent over an hour just looking for the anchor pegs, going through all the parts list, only to find them right at the end as the pic showed them bent when in use and they were straight in the box.  :dunce:

i wish u well.   i shall look for a blue haze up your way as i seem to remember a similar one our way with all the cursing...
