My pork has returned!!
« on: February 28, 2013, 09:59:40 pm »
Hi guys, last week I took two of my saddleback gilts to slaughter. I then got a local butcher to butcher them up for us. Just wanted to share a quick photo of quantity.
The attached photo is only 3 full sides as I had a customer who bought a full side to butcher himself.
All trimmings and back fat are included.
Will post some pictures of the finished product when I get them all sorted.
Now to cure some bacon and stuff some sausages!! :)

Cheers
Alastair

Don't wrestle with pigs, they will love it and you will just get all muddy.

Let go of who you are and become who you are meant to be.
