« on: February 25, 2013, 12:03:56 am »
right on time the first delivery of our lambing period has happened  :excited: . Henrietta, one of our Ryelands, has produced twins; a ewe and ram lamb, one coloured and one white. oh the relief that they all seem ok is over whelming  :relief:

Congratulations, Wellies & Henrietta !
Please send pictures, if possible.
I have one Ryeland ewe expecting her first lamb(s) ... she is my favourite as she is very tame and sweet.

Good luck how many have u got to lamb - we had our 1st 1 approx 2 weeks ago, 2nd 2 days ago & last night they all decided to go into full swing like they do & we had another single & a set of twins with another lamb this morning & another starting at the same time  ::) ::) - I do love lambing but don't get me wrong when lambing 200-400 of the things it gets a bit tiring xx

Congratulations on your first arrivals  :excited:

I was down your way picking up some hay from Laura last week and tried to see if there were any little lambs in the fields but couldn't spot any. I bet they are seriously cute!

Oh they are cute (although I'm very biased  ;D ). Next time your this way send me a text & you can call in and see them. So far we've only had the 2, with 1 ewe over due & 1 due tomorrow. Rest are all due in the next few weeks. Remember to call in if you're passing
