Pineberries anyone?
« on: April 07, 2012, 07:55:20 pm »
Has anyone successfully grown Pineberries?  I came across an advert for some plants the other day and quite like the look of them but they don't come cheap so I've decided to make some enquiries first  ;)

After reading the feedback, I don't think I'll bother although they do look interesting.

I didn't in the end because I lost hundreds of strawberries to woodlice last year and didn't want to spend out on these for the same to happen  (yuk, phobia inducing scuttling little multi legged things)

I had a plant last year but some critter ate the fruit   It sent out lots of runners so we'll see what it does this year.
