Lambing Live - New series
« on: February 21, 2013, 07:47:22 pm »
Another series of Lambing Live starts on 4th April - BBC2.    :excited:  I have a couple of ewes due that date, so might have a bit of lambing live myself then!

We record it and watch after we've finished ours - can sit back, relax and say "Yes, been there, done that, all over now!"

It's Kate Humble - she's been helping out on a 700 sheep farm since October.  It's a different family this time with young children, a couple of dogs and some chickens.  A mixture of sheep - should be great fun.

just as long as it isn't that dul dull dull family that they had last year, I turned off after the second episode - not a patch on the welsh family they had in the first series!!!

Just found Kate on twitter and this tweet was from a couple of days ago

"Lots of you asking if Lambing Live happening this year. Sadly not, although busy lambing at http://www.humblebynature.com ."

I'm well confused....my head hurts ??? ??? . Not doubting anyone, hoping it is on

That's very strange it says 2013 in the Google link and Adam Henson referred to there being another series in 2013.  How disappointing.   I must have missed this series with the Marstons too as don't remember that family - I only saw the programmes with the Bevans (what a great family).  Apologies for misleading you all if this does turn out to be an old link  :-[

Can't imagine Kate Humble ever doing another series because she got death threats after the last series.

WhhhaaaaatttTTT???  :o   I find her intensely irritating, as do a lot of people I know, but death threats?   And I also know that for every person who finds her intensely irritating, there's at least one finds her enthusiasm heart-warming.  I just use the sound or power off buttons, as I feel the need  ;)
