I have 2 soay ewes that I bought to keep down my weeds they lambed last week both with twins out of my welsh mountain ram..I have left the ram lambs entire & not sure what to do with the ewe lambs are they any good for breeding or should I put them in freezer? Also what age shall I take them to the butcher I know soay lambs normally go till about 18 months but with the welsh In them wasn't sure? Was thinking 9-10 months
