Hello from Nottinghamshire
« on: June 17, 2009, 09:38:04 am »
Hello All
We are from Retford in Nottinghamshire, and have just 4 Hybrids for now at around 24 weeks old, this is all very new to me, and how naive I was lol, but loving their company all the same.  Good job the neighbours have had chickens before and enjoy having them around too.  I have loads of questions already, so I hope you don’t mind if I get to work straight away and compose my first one.

Welcome to the forum, Crafty.  Have you put your pin on the map?  You may find you have neighbours on here too!

The more I read the more I realise how little I know!  I read a thread about someone questioning what a certain thing was in their layers pellets, I think it was.  ShetlandPaul replied with an answer that was total gobbledygook - he may as well have been speaking Chinese!  Thank Goodness there's people like him to teach people like me!

I think you need that dog whisperer, Sandy - have you emailed Rosemary to go on her list?
I left a message on your phone after talking to Rosemary but you obviously haven't heard it - look on poultry for the story.
