any1 know where i can get a few guinea-fowl  in the area??

thainstone sale on 16th of march might be an option

is the market ok for buying birds or do you take your chances ,,,,
know a few people buy from forfar market and birds wernt up to scratch

My neighbours sell poultry and they have certainly had guinea fowl in the past, incl at Thainstone. If you cant find anything local to Laurencekirk it might be worth contacting them to see if they have any as they could probably arrange a meet up if/when over there for the sales (they also have sheep so might be over there before the next poultry sale in the spring).
