Hello there

We are looking to re-home our Legbar Cockerel.  He was hatched in August and for people who like to name thing's (which we do..hence why we won't eat him)  we call him Blue.  He's has never been aggressive towards us or our dogs.  He'll happily move out the way if you need him to but we haven't attempted picking him up.  We live quite close to our neighbors and we feel it's unfair on them to keep him.  He has quite nice cock-a-doodle-do and we have often commented that it sounds like he's shouting "pterodactyl!"  We're pretty sure our area isn't know for it's pterodactyl population...I'll put that down to our over active imaginations.   As far as Cockerel duties go..he seems pretty smooth with the ladies.  His pre 'jump on your back' dance is getting pretty nifty and most of the girls don't object.   We hatched him at home and he hasn't had any vaccinations,  any new hens we have are always vaccinated.  So he hasn't been in contact with anything un-vaccinated .  He was wormed about 2 months ago.  We would like £15 for him to cover the feed he's eaten whilst staying with us.  He's very pretty and we will miss him, he does make us chuckle and yes...we'll miss 'pterodactyl!'  and if pterodactyl's start landing in the garden I'm sure we'll regret him leaving us.   We would obviously like him to go to a good home, with some lovely ladies to woo.
