I haven't seen  the show and never heard of the bloke and in any case I never find comedians funny in the slightest, so can't comment on what was said, but I do find that tv is close to the bone many times in situations like this and I for one are not impressed. I understand all your comments about freedom of speech etc, but in my eyes its all about respect and many of these stand up comics have never heard of the word. Yes i agree many years ago there was "disrespectful" shows such as "love thy neighbours" which by the way I loved, but look at that and others, they were all deemed racist etc and were pulled, so why is ok for programmes like the above to be shown and yet no one bar a few bats an eyelid. I personally feel its all part of the yob culture which seems to be taking over.

I watched it but not the end.  I did see a bit of where they were drinking and eating pizza.  Have to say, I found him funny!  165 complaints isn't all that many really though.

I watched it and didn't find it overalls offensive. BUT, I did happen to make the comment to my OH, that if the show let them drink wine, what did they expect to get? Surely the show producer/ director should have refused to let them drink if it was going to lead to them being ridiculous. It did feel a little like I was the sober person watching a room full of drunks being ridiculous.
