what do you give a 10 year old boy for Christmas?......the 1st of his very own flock!  :sheep:
keeper of goats, sheep, pigs, ducks, chickens, turkeys, dogs, cats, goldfish and children, just don't ask me which is the most work!

thanks guys, well he's the youngest of my 3 boys and the only one showing any interest in crofting so thought it wise to gently encourage him, he loves animals anyway.  :thumbsup:
Need to make sure we have someone to help out when we get too old.... :innocent:

Live in a cohousing community with small farm for our own use.  Dairy cows (rearing their own calves for beef), pigs, sheep for meat and fleece, ducks and hens for eggs, veg and fruit growing
