Butternut squash, apricot and ginger soup

I've just made the soup that Rosemary has put in her food and craft section. I really enjoyed it and will definitely be making it again.  :thumbsup:

I too have made this soup although was poss too generous with the ginger so had a lovely warming effect...good for the cold days, I didnt put in cream which made it almost zero points on the weight watchers plan so I can eat as much as I want!
pygmy goats, gsd, border collie, scots dumpys, cochins, araucanas, shetland ducks and geese,  marrans, and pea fowl in a pear tree.
