I can send you some hatching eggs if you like. Special offer £50 each (please note, usual Ebay rules apply and I cannot guarantee fertility once they've been through the postal system  ;) )

This is causing a dilemma in our house. Now my son, quadzy is quite bright but a bunch of adults in total agreement over reality of dragons has caused a hiccup.

He has begged and pleaded for an egg. He will pay, then two eggs would be best ( friends for each other ). Lastly 3 eggs just in case one doesn't hatch. ( oh and we will collect as he doesn't trust the post, so get the kettle on womble  ;) )

He will be asking the teachers for opinions on these for pets. Does he ask the biology techer, or the science teacher?

Hmmm...... Try the science fiction teacher.......  ( was my reply ).    :innocent: :innocent:

Now, do I leave it to fate, give it a week or have a little word before school tomorrow    :innocent: ( really need a little red devil emotio  ;D )

I do realise that it isn't a real smoking dragon but just wondered if it was some sort of lizardy thing that had wings. Am I being really stupid?
Yes

That's a good price for the eggs Womble!
The're only making £35 each in Aberdeenshire!

They do sell well in the tourist season, the haggis though is still
the biggest seller.

My cat was a little curious, he's now called singe.  ;D

Bless Quadzy  ;D He's thinking along the right lines though, 3 eggs would be sensible  ;)

Personally I'd have a quiet word before school, sadly you can't always guarantee teachers will respond in the right sort of vein.

In the opposite direction my little sister's primary teacher told her, categorically, that there were no such things as four horned sheep or yellow fire engines (City of York) and she had to take in photographic evidence! Well, maybe Quadzy could take in that photo  ;)

Yes

No you're not being stupid Sally because it does look very convincing.  It will just be a photoshop composite of bat wings on a lizard.

However, genetic researchers have now got to the point where they could make small dinosaurs as pets from Jungle fowl.  They have already been able to give them teeth, but are not allowed to proceed.  Apparently their children are not happy as they all want some as pets.    So do I
