what can I grow in my conservatory?
« on: October 16, 2012, 10:46:28 am »
just about to clear out the tomato plants and wondered if there was anything I could plant for over the winter?
Only problem is I can't regulate the heat in there, its either baltic or an oven!! Any suggestions?
keeper of goats, sheep, pigs, ducks, chickens, turkeys, dogs, cats, goldfish and children, just don't ask me which is the most work!

so long as it doesn't actually freeze in there you could do some troughs of pick and come again salads for continuous harvesting over the winter, not as good as spring ones but better than nothing in the dark months.
