I am on the lookout for Balwen tups as a favour to an aquaintance. nice girl! Loves animals to bits,
She has been offered to rent a tup at £225 off peak
i said i would ask about on here..... any offers :o)

Have you asked Mrs B? She used to breed some cracking Balwens, I suspect she would still have some contacts :thumbsup:

Don.... went over to Mrs B's today....... guess what I forgot to ask! LOL! No prob...will email her!
I have just bought one of her ewe lambs! OMG! What am I like!
On the plus point, I have just had a Shepton person ring up for my commercial ewe lambs! Brilliant. I can vet them! LOL  :thumbsup:

Oooh Don...sounds wonderful! I have just got some grazing of Lesley for winter and I have got to keep something on the fields I already have to secure my tenure there however, I am seriously thinking of getting a small flock of rare breeds....something like Soay, Castlemilk with the money I make from my sales of these lambs so would that work if I put those on. I was thinking about 10 or so...depending on how much they cost. Want pedigrees to show...LOL. Or maybe just MORE beautiful Shetlands!!!
