doing the "race for life" tomorrow in aberystwyth  ;D My sister was meant to be doing it, but she had a stroke the other day at the young ageof 30  :o...........soooo i'm running instead  of her  ;D

Is anybody else doing it in there area?

went realy well today................................came in the top 20 out of over 1600  ;D

Well done, you must be very fit as you were up early this morning, if I do something a bit strenuous I need loads of sleep for the rest of the week!!!

Thanks everyone :)...................on the down side tho katy got taken back in today...........another stroke  :'( more scans and blood tests...............fingers crossed here they pinpoint before to long whats causing them............. :-\
