We'll be there on Thursday  :excited: so come and see our antics in the pig show rings. There seems to have been a lot of rain in that neck of the woods in the last few days so  :fc:  for :sunshine:

are you not coming on the wed evening  rather than have the stress of traveling trying to get in and unloaded then prepping the pigs      and the beer tent is very good on the wed night :farmer:

It's chucked it down for the past couple of days. I'm there but stuck in the schools tent most of the time, supervising kids blowing up the public doing science experiments  ;)

Lot warmer and more comfortable than the trailer Robert!
It wont have spiders crawling all over it, hate camping with bug things creeping about  >:( .  That road is noisy too!  Apart from my accomodation I'm looking forward to it  :excited:

So when you guys can tear yourselves away from the beer tent, where will you be? Supposing I get some time off for good behaviour (better not be seen in the beer tent, I can see the Westmorland Gazette headlines now  ::))

Have you seen the weather forecast for tonite! Brrr 3 degrees! Made sure the campbeds fit in the trailer yesterday afternoon, off to dig out the hottie bottles and the woolly hats!
See you later guys, we'll be leaving home about 5pm when our housesitter arrives after work so it will be nearly dark by time we arrive as reckon it will take about 2 & 1/2hrs with trailer on, depends on wind over the A66.

After many years of saying I will go to this show ....I am finally going, and dragging a reluctant OH with me. Would have shown the ponies but the Fell class was way too early for us to feed the livestock and drive two and a half hours to the show.
Will come ready for the weather, with wellies and coats of course :D

Look forward to seeing you Roxy, set off as early as you can by all accounts its a right bugger of a show to get in & out of due to narrow roads that why they like all us exhibitors there the night before, the things we do for our art :-J

Raining hard here, and windy ....hope husband does not say he ain't going. Rain does not bother me, being out in it all the time. Although lets hope its at leastdry tomorrow. Yes, we will try and get away from the farm early .....used to narrow lanes, but it did say not to follow sat nav, but the direction signs - sat nav must take you somewhere else!!
Will the show go ahead even if it rains hard? Don't want to set off to find out its cancelled.
Will come to the pig tent ....do you have a sign on your pen ....or do we have to guess who is who? :D
