Actually, I haven't seen any wild brambles around here, either. Need to get out more... Although I'm determined NOT to make any jam this year, I do love them for breakfast, either with yoghurt or porridge!

Blackberry liquer, blackberry syrup (lovely with hot water and a dash of brandy on a winter's evening) blackberry wine. You can dry them too along with apples for winter puddings. :yum: :yum:
