PLEASE EVERYONE NOT AGAIN!! Anything involving cruelty to animals of any kind is bound to be a terrible emotive subject. Dont let this become a bun fight. This board has been through enough bitterness lately, Im worried that it wont withstand much more.

I have been to a bullfight.  Once.  I didn't know until we arrived and my Spanish host thought it was going to be a treat.  It was certainly memorable but not as he hoped.  It's not a major pastime any more and will pretty much disappear soon because it is being extensively banned.  These things take time but they go, or go underground.  Hare coursing is still an issue around here.


Our instant information society is as able to ignore terrible things while it focuses on a cat stuck up a tree.  Or a lion.  Perhaps one day people won't know where supermarket meat comes from...

The difference is the baiting before they kill the animal. Disgraceful way to treat an animal.

 well i have seen bulls fighting twice     now this is proper bull fighting    two head on   not nice  :farmer:
