Firstly I hope the upload works..ignore the backdrop as this was the only way I could get the tiny flowers in focus.

I have found a couple of these little beauties on the farm and cannot find anything remotely similar in my wild flower books so I am wondering if they might actually be rare.

They are very small - the two back petals span up to 1cm in total. We are up at around 1400 feet in the Peak District.

Hope someone out there may have some ideas

I don't know what they are, but some kind of orchid maybe ?

Hi Haylo,

I am pretty sure this is a species of milkwort (Polygala), most likely to be Common Milkwort Polygala vulgaris which occurs with blue, pink, mauve or white flowers. Perhaps you can check the plants against pictures on the web.
I agree they are pretty flowers.
