Fancy doing something different, Acton Scott, a museum in Shropshire (the Victorian Farm was filmed there) has a one day 'Victorian' corset making course on September 18th. Hi There is 'Plaiting for straw hats' - a starter course for learning to make plaits which form the basis for making straw bonnets and boaters. It's on the 13th October. The tutor is Margaret Newsome.
