they are rarer than giant pandas by all accounts, but harry gotts, who runs the farm is an amazing bloke, theyve got ten ish at any one time, and william (who is the proudest, most stunning stallion ever!) has sired 9 (i think) now, theyve just found a mare who has american genes in her so will now hopefully provide the fresh genes needed for the gene pool in the uk. the mothers will kick a foal to death if too closely bred. im sure any donations would be gratefully recieved, they struggled to tax the lorry for the pontipridd parade...

Lovely pics.  I saw two Suffolk Punchs at the Bakewell show lastweek, in the heavy horse driving class.  Lovely to see.  Something you seem very rarely nowadays.

i dont know about the white, most of them just have a white 'star' on their forehead.

We have two Suffolks, a mare and her gelding son.  Eat us out of house and home in the winter the amount of hay they get!  They can even beat our Highland ponies in the amount they can eat and they've got hollow hooves
