Adelaide the 'wonderKune' caught us out AGAIN

Went out to do the field feeds this morning (with the plan of bringing the Kunekunes in this pm) and there she was lying in the middle of the wee field, nice & nested in the long grass, feeding piglets

Soooooooo we got her up
eventually and brought her and the piglets into the shed, she's settled fine and happily feeding her brood. She delivered 15 in total, two unfortunately look as if they've been still born (but I'm going to do a quick pm later just to make certain) and there's a wee runty one that I'm not holding out much hope for

But we've got some little crackers all running around looking very alert already. Last time when she had a bigger litter we did lose a few in the first week, I think there's just so many she finds it difficult to walk/move/lie down without squashing some so time will tell how many she's going to raise this time.
I'll get some photo's on later, when we've all calmed down a bit
