Grampian endurance recently did an annual endurance ride at Newburgh beach near Tahuna riding centre.
I dont know where you would park the box as they had special permission to park actually at the riding centre but you could ask them where there is public parking available
here is their website
http://www.tahuna.co.uk/

Tentsmuir is supposed to be good. Lunan Bay is beautiful but not sure about horse access.

The local endurance people often come through the forest behind us - I think there are about 17 miles of tracks through the woods. PM me if you want to know where it is  ;D
Our holding has Anglo Nubian and British Toggenburg goats, Gotland sheep, Franconian Geese, Blue Swedish ducks, a whole load of mongrel hens and two semi-feral children.
