i dont know, its fed both sides by the burn so in theory yes, wev never caught in the pond or the burn, but we are too noisy anyway...lol. we get swans and ducks and herons but not as many as u would think.

well...we bought the wee boat home and spent the afternoon rowing it around the pond, great fun. the pond isnt as deep as we thought, about 4ft.
we took the 2 billies over , one at a time, by the time we had got the second goat slowly loaded in the boat, the first goat had swam back to shore  :o :o :o :o
we managed to get them both on the island (a bit quicker this time) and settled, but time will tell if they stay there. there is stacks of food so i cant imagine that they will leave without good reason.
we are half expecting the billies on our doorstep in the morning, like the geese and ducks were when they went down there!
they sat in the boat quite happy, just on  lead with a cuddle, bless them!

we couldnt posssibly have videoed it, far too many swear words...lol....and as i havent rowed for 20 yrs, my boating skills werent for showing off...lol
  :fc: :fc:
