€20Well just to update you.  I now have a poison contraption - a very long pipe with two tubes coming down into it (€20). Put it out of harms way, but close enough for the rats to pop in for a bite.  Will just wait and see. :innocent:

I found a live trap pretty useless. Rats are clever beggars!!

JUst to let you know, the poison tube worked 6 very dead rats and not seen any more since.  The poison seems to have stayed put, but I check all around everyday just in case.
