how to post photos??

How do I post photos on the site?? I have tried but they all come out massive??

Pop them in an envelope, stick a stamp on the front and pop it in a post box  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

You need to open them in your graphics package first and compress them to below 128kb, then save them with a different name if you want to keep the original size on your computer.  I use MS Office picture manager but they all  can reduce the size of files.
