When I worked at a bank we had a call from an African to say he had flown into Cardiff with his family and had everything stolen at the airport. Could we (the bank) send him some money so that they could get themselves sorted. One staff member was convinced but as he was unable to make a transaction like that on his own the second person smelt a big rat and the transaction did not get made.
