Somebody was enquiring the other day at what age or weight you slaughter a pig, all I know is that it depends on the amount of people. This person requires a hog to feed around 150 people. What weight should this pig be?

Some people like to roast a suckling pig :-\  as it probably sweeter and may be more tender, but you would need a fair few to feed 150 people.
