OH JOY
« on: June 08, 2012, 07:27:26 am »
last night Joy was moved into the kidding pen as the open barn was a bit blustery with this wind and driving rain.
This morning at 0600 hrs, she gave birth to twin girls, , thats us finished for this year, no more expectant mums to worry about.
150 days from last mating.

What a lovely way to end the season - so pretty too
Don't listen to the money men - they know the price of everything and the value of nothing

Live in a cohousing community with small farm for our own use.  Dairy cows (rearing their own calves for beef), pigs, sheep for meat and fleece, ducks and hens for eggs, veg and fruit growing
