When to stop creep feeding?

Another quick question sorry!

Our 6 orphans are now on 1/2 bottle twice a day and eating a substantial amount of creep and hay too, yippee :) We are going to fence the garden off today and hopefully get them outside asap, cut out the milk and carry on with creep.

The problem is they will need to go in the field with 5 other orphan lambs of varying ages who belong to someone else, and obviously we don't want to be feeding creep to the other lambs- we aren't made of money!

So they will stay in the garden until they are grazing and used to being outside, with creep available. How long do you creep feed for? I'm hoping it will give them a kick start and obviously helps the weaning process, but they will be out in a 10 acre field with bullocks over the summer so I'm hoping the good grass will replace the need for creep??
