2nd hand Greenhouse
« on: April 13, 2009, 08:59:11 pm »
We were kindly gifted a used greenhouse by our neighbour - it's been in storage for some years & she can't remember how to put it together. At the moment we're levelling the ground for the base, after that it will be guessing what goes where! Does anyone know of a good website for general masterplans for older greenhouses that might help us with putting it up? :&>

the frame's been up since last weekend, but so far I couldn't source fitting pieces for the broken glass. Freecycle next...:&>

give the glass sizes to a local glazier, they should be able to get safety glass & cut to size. Been there, done that - mainly due to my own clumsiness!! ;D

just posted on the other thread this morning - we managed to source some, hopefully enough! through freecycle, isn't it brilliant! OH also has hoarded lots of windows for a project in the back garden but the sheets are slightly thicker, don't know if that matters in the end. Now we just wait for the wind and rain to stop lol
